has been with Neo for 29 years and has worked in the steel industry for almost 35. Jon’s vast experience is not limited to surface technology. Prior to Neo Industries, Jon worked for Weirton Steel in the engineering department for construction and mill maintenance where he surveyed all new construction projects, aligned mills, spent time in all areas of the mill. Jon assisted in the design and building of 80% of Neo’s U.S facilities as well as Neo’s chrome plating project in Monclova, Mexico. He was also instrumental in the building of the nickel plant in Bellary, India. Over the years, Jon has implemented many of Neo’s quality programs, including the initial ISO program.
has been with Neo for 22 years. During this time, Mike participated in the Supervisory Development Program at the University of Notre Dame. He completed the AESF Foundation - Aluminum Finishing Technology training course and the AESF Foundation − Chrome Plating for Engineering Application course. He also completed the Hazard Materials Shipping course HM126 & HM 181 RCRA Training course and the Overhead Crane & Hoist Operator course OP1101 based on requirements of OSHA and ANSI/ASME.
