Hervé Babitch
has been with Neo Industries France for 4 years and has worked in the steel industry for over 20. He spent 15 years at Arcelor Mittal as the Production Manager of electrocoating and worked in the roll shop. He has also served as the Steel Technical Advisor for Japanese automotive industry in Europe. Hervé has participated in many continuing education and training classes focusing on management, customer focused relationship building, technical issues (electrocoating, rolling and rolls grinding) as well as updated methods of continuous improvement.
