Neo Industries Indiana began operations in March of 1993 replacing the Neo Gary facility that had operated since 1982.
The state of the art facility houses two Electro Discharge Texturing (EDT) machines and two separate work roll plating lines.
The Portage location was selected to provide the steel and aluminum industries in the Chicago area with quick turnarounds in the ever-increasing work roll plating and EDT marketing.
Neo Industries Indiana also provides Engineering Hard Chrome Plating, specializing in process roll reconditioning.
The facility maintains ISO 9001:2000 certification through the NSF-ISR.
